Transparent From First Click to Final Key
No hidden fees. No backroom deals. Every step visible to both buyer and seller. Here is exactly how a ORO Drive auction works.
Selling Your Car
Submit Your Car
Fill out a short form with your car's details — make, model, year, mileage, condition notes, and a few photos. Set your reserve price (the minimum you'll accept). Takes about 10 minutes.
Free to submit. Free to list. No fees of any kind for sellers.
We Review & Approve
Our team reviews every submission. We're curated — not every car makes the cut. We look for well-maintained luxury and performance vehicles that meet our community's standards.
If your car isn't right for ORO Drive, we'll tell you honestly and explain why.
Professional Photography
We send a professional photographer to your location. They take 150+ photos following our standard shot list — every exterior angle, the full interior, engine bay, undercarriage, wheels, VIN plate, and any imperfections. Your car will look its best.
Photography is included at no cost to the seller.
Independent 188-Point Inspection
A certified inspector performs a comprehensive 188-point assessment: body, engine, undercarriage, OBD diagnostics, paint thickness measurement, and flood/accident history check. The full report is published on your listing.
Inspection is included. The report builds buyer confidence and drives higher bids.
Listing Goes Live — 7 Day Auction
Your curated listing goes live with all photos, the inspection report, your description, and vehicle history. Buyers browse, ask questions in the comments section (which you answer publicly), and place bids. The auction runs for 7 days with anti-sniping protection.
Anti-sniping: any bid in the final 2 minutes extends the auction by 2 more minutes.
Sold — Funds in Escrow
When the auction ends above your reserve, the winning bidder pays into our escrow account. We coordinate the handover — buyer inspects the car, confirms it matches the listing, and you receive your money. 100% of the hammer price is yours.
The buyer pays a 5% premium on top of the hammer price. You keep everything.
Buying a Car
Browse & Research
Browse live auctions. Every listing has 150+ professional photos, a full 188-point inspection report, detailed vehicle history, and the seller's honest description of condition and known flaws.
No account needed to browse. Register for free when you're ready to bid.
Ask Questions
Every listing has a public comments section. Ask the seller anything — service history, accident damage, modification details, reason for selling. All questions and answers are visible to everyone, keeping things honest.
The community polices itself. Enthusiasts spot things. That's the point.
Place Your Bid
Register, verify your email, and place a bid. You can set a maximum bid (proxy bidding) — the system will bid the minimum increment on your behalf up to your limit. All bids are binding.
5% buyer's premium is added on top of the winning bid. This covers inspection, escrow, and platform costs.
Win & Pay
If you win, you receive the seller's contact details and payment instructions. You pay into our escrow account via bank transfer within 3 business days. Your funds are held securely.
Never send money directly to the seller. Always through ORO Drive escrow.
Inspect & Confirm
Arrange to inspect the car in person (or send a representative). Verify it matches the listing and inspection report. Once you're satisfied, confirm receipt through the platform. Funds are released to the seller.
If the car doesn't match the listing, we mediate. Your money is protected until you confirm.
Fees — Clear as Glass
No listing fee. No commission. No hidden charges. Photography and inspection are on us. You keep 100% of the hammer price.
A 5% buyer's premium is added on top of the winning bid. This covers the 188-point inspection, escrow protection, professional photography, and platform operations.
Traditional auction houses charge 12%+ with no cap. We cap at 5%. Always.
